Rico Rodriguez on the Ellen Show

See Rico Rodriguez on the Ellen show.  I really admire this kid.  He is so smart and confident of himself as an actor.  He answers questions well and he's very cool whenever he's interviewed.  "Modern Family" is lucky to have him play the character of Manny and likewise, Rico is so blessed by being one of the cast of this very new and amazing comedy show.
