Modern Family's Jason Winer Won at the DGA Awards

The Directors Guild of America has chosen the winners for the 62nd Annual DGA Awards.  Included in the winners is "Modern Family"'s beloved director, Jason Winer.  He bagged the Outstanding Directorial Achievement in a Comedy Series for the episode "Pilot".

Jason Winer of "Modern Family" Included in the Directors Guild Nominations

The beloved director of "Modern Family", Jason Winer is nominated in the category Outstanding Directorial Achievement in a Comedy Series.  The Directors Guild of America announced the nominees for the 62nd Annual DGA Awards.  Contenders vying for this award include directors of "Glee" and "Curb Your Enthusiasm".  I hope DGA recognizes the people behind "Modern Family".  It is such a wonderful and heart-warming comedy show that started out at the right time and hopes it will continue on for a long time.

This award honors the directors deserving of their achievements in film, TV, commercials, documentary, and theatrical direction.  Check out the full list of nominees below.
