Julie Bowen Joined the March of Dimes Event

Last April, a lot of Celebrity parents joined the March of Dimes Event for babies, including "Modern Family" star Julie Bowen.  Here are some highlights of this fundraiser event:

Celebrity parents such as Nancy O'Dell, Dayanara Torres, Julie Bowen, Nicole Sullivan and Galen Gering marched for babies in this great cause on Saturday (April 24) in Los Angeles.

Nancy O'Dell, host of Saturday's fundraiser, told Celebrity Baby Scoop about the importance of the organization:

"I am so honored to be hosting the March of Dimes March for Babies. I've been associated with the March of Dimes for over 10 years now and, as a mother, this organization means the world to me. Every year in California alone, more than 55,000 babies are born too soon and too small and it is the March of Dimes which helps so many of those babies go on to lead long and wonderful lives. All babies deserve a healthy start and I am honored to walk for all those precious little ones!"

Dedicated to expanding its network and channel brands across multiple platforms and connecting viewers with their favorite shows anytime and anywhere, Disney/ABC Television Group has released a new version of its ABC Player app with additional features now that Apple's 3G iPad is available.

Frequently cited as one of the top "must-have" apps, the latest enhancements to ABC Player app include:

* Improved player controls for rewinding and fast-forwarding content

The TV Addict: If this were any other show, we'd tease the fantastic May 19th season ender by revealing that… [cue ominous music]… nothing will ever be the same for America's funniest family thanks to an unexpected intruder in Mitchell and Cam's humble abode and a philandering Phil which culminates in a fight between the Dunphey/Pritchett clan that almost teas them apart. But since this isn't a very special episode of LAW & ORDER, we'll simply say the intruder is a bird, Phil is just being Phil, and America's favorite family ends the season exactly how it started, on a high note.

ABC's Statement on Cam and Mitch not Kissing on "Modern Family"

Michael Jensen of AfterElton.com has an exclusive statement by ABC on why Cam and Mitch are not kissing on "Modern Family".  After some fans created a Facebook page urging ABC to have the gay couple kiss onscreen, ABC addressed this issue and gave a statement regarding this.  I think we should respect the reasons why this particular gay couple is not showing their intimacy onscreen.  It would be unripe and unprepared if they will kiss now.  I'm sure there are some gay couples who do not show their emotion publicly and Cam and Mitchell are that kind of couple.  Let's just hope and not become pushy! People Magazine picked their beauties and Vergara is number 7 in "World's Most Beautiful 2010".  According to People:

The Modern Family star has her own family secret: She's not actually a brunette. "My natural hair color is blonde," says the Colombian beauty, 37. "It didn't match the Hollywood stereotype for a Latina woman." Not that she minds the tress-formation: "I think I should have always had dark hair."
